Terms of Use

If you received an item that you did not order or a defective item please email Sales@MannequinHub.com within 2 days of receiving the items and you will receive clear instructions on what to do. If we made a mistake or sent a damaged item we will fully cover you and get you what you wanted right away. However, we do not ship replacements express or overnight.

If you change your mind or, for whatever reason, decide you don't want an item that you've ordered, you may ship it back to us at your cost and you will receive a full refund less a 15% mandatory restocking fee. Item must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving it and we must be provided with a valid tracking number.

Products coming back to us must be returned in the same condition shipped. This includes; boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals & warranty cards. Products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or otherwise unsalable condition will not be accepted.

Mannequinhub.com is not responsible for damaged or returned items if customer fails to respond to inquiries by phone or Email a within a three day period.
