Terms of Use

If you receive a wrong or defective item please email Sales@MannequinHub.com within 2 days of receiving the items and you will receive clear instructions on what to do. If we made a mistake or sent a damaged item we will fully cover you and get you what you wanted right away.

If you change your mind or for whatever reason decide you dont want the item, we will take it back for a full refund but we will not cover the shipping costs involved. Item must be shipped back to us with 3 days of receiving it and we must be provided with a tracking number.

Products coming back to us must be returned in the same condition shipped this includes Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will not be accepted.
