Rental procedure and Policies

Delivery
Deliveries will arrive within the 3 hour delivery time frame specified on your order form. Additionally, we will contact you by phone at the number specified on your order form prior to the arrival of your items so we may confirm that someone will be at the specified location to sign for delivery.

Unless otherwise specified, your rental items will be delivered to you and unloaded curbside only.

Mannequin Care
When removing Mannequins from the box, be sure to retain all the packaging as all mannequins must be repacked and returned exactly as they were received.

Although some minor ware can be expected from normal use, cracks or damages to the mannequins will be the responsibly of the renter and as such, may incur charges up to the full value of the mannequin.

Pick-up/Return
Pickup will be within the 3 hour time frame specified on your order form. Additionally, we will contact you, by phone at the number specified on your order form, prior to the pickup of your items to confirm that someone will be there to sign for pickup.

Unless otherwise specified, your rental items will be picked up from the curbside and must therefore be packed and ready at the curb when our vehicle arrives.

If mannequins where shipped to you, than you will receive detailed return info which will include shipping labels or a BOL if shipping freight. You will also be given a pickup time frame in which all items must be ready for pickup. If the mannequins came on a skid, they must be packed on a skid and wrapped in plastic just as they were received. If the pickup will be from a hotel or a similar venue, you must make sure that there is a contact at the location that knows to expect the pickup.

General
Although we do our best to be punctual with your delivery and pickup schedule times, we cannot guarantee delivery as it is possible, that due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme traffic, or weather conditions) delivery or pickup may be delayed or canceled.

We have a great track record of providing exceptional and reliable rental service. Your cooperation with the above guidelines are much appreciated.

Once rental form is filled out and submitted the reservation is a contract.

The customer is responsible for all losses and any damage to rental items. 

If rental is cancelled less then 5 days before delivery the cancellation fee is is the full contract cost. 

If The rental is cancelled with more then 5 days notice the cancellation fee is 50% of contract cost.
